Fall 2015 Readings + Writers @ Newark + RU-N AAAS Reading

This summer, I undertook a three-venue book launch for Counternarratives, and now that the fall has rolled in, I'll be resuming readings to promote the book. Below is a rough calendar of upcoming events and venues.

This fall, the Rutgers University-Newark MFA Program in Creative Writing Writers @ Newark series will feature an incredible lineup of writers, mostly on Tuesday evenings through next November.

The season opens on September 22 with fiction/nonfiction writer Suki Kim and poet/photographer Rachel Eliza Griffiths. Please come and hear these writers; the events are all free and open to the public.

On November 6, Rutgers-Newark's Department of African American and African Studies will host the distinguished Jamaican poet and scholar Edward Baugh. This event is is open and free to the public.
